Let's make Overnight Smoothie For Weight Loss/ Healthy Breakfast!
Ingredients;
- 1 tosp roasted peanuts
- 1.5 tbsp rolled oats
- 1 tsp pumpkin seeds
- 1 tsp sunflower seeds
- 1 tsp raisins
- 4 almonds
- 200ml soy milk
- 2 dates
- 50g apple
Steps to follow;
1 Take a bowl and soak everything in water for overnight.
2 Next day Put everything in blender with some apples and milk. Blend it well.
3 Enjoy.
Note - You can use milk of your choice or plain water or coconut water and for extra protein you can add protein powder. Can also add soaked chia seeds.
