- small papaya
- baby carrots
- 1/2 cup plain yogurt
• Pinch of turmeric
Steps to follow;
1 Peel and chop half a ripe papaya and one small carrot. Add the chopped papaya and carrot to a blender.
2 Spoon in two tablespoons of plain yogurt. Sprinkle in a pinch of turmeric powder.
