Why do some people look older than their age?

Dwarfism or dwarfism is a medical condition in which an individual or animal is short in stature and is often the result of slow growth.  In humans, dwarfism is sometimes defined as an adult height of less than 135 cm (135 cm).  Dwarfism can be caused by more than 300 different medical conditions, and among dwarfs the symptoms and characteristics vary greatly.  Disproportionate dwarfism is characterized by one or more parts of the body being relatively large or small compared to those of an average-sized adult, with growth differences seen in specific areas.  In cases of symmetric dwarfism, the body is normally proportional, but is unusually small.
