12 steps. The beautiful thing is that these 12 steps involve the entire body, include mind and breath control or pranayam. It is to absorb the Sun Energy in our life. To incorporate this practice in our daily life, Ministry of Ayush is celebrating 14 January, at the global level, in the form of Surya Namaskar.
