The aim is to avoid complacency. Keep moving, keep going.

Being a person who finds it difficult to let others inside my comfort zone or expanding my comfort zone to include others in, I put in the conscious effort to walk outside my comfort zone regularly.
Be it going places where I have never been or talking to strangers with kindness, I strive to achieve a little discomfort everyday.

Comfort zone is safe. But there's no knowledge in there.
