The Supreme Court of India on Friday granted Delhi's Ex Health Minister and AAP leader Satyendra Jain an interim bail for 6 weeks due to his frail health on medical grounds.

As per court order, He cannot leave Delhi without permission and cannot make any statement before the media.

Jain has been allowed to go through treatment as per permission by the top court of the country, and asked him to produce medical records by July 10.

Senior Advocate Abhishek Singvi appearing for Jain, said the former health Minister has lost 35 kgs and is suffering with spine problem.

Additional Solicitor G SV Raju, appearing for the ED, sought Jain's examination by a panel of doctors at the AIIMS or Ram Manohar Lohia Hospital here and said that if the medical reports suggest treatment, then the probe agency will not oppose it.

His medical conditions is being constantly monitored. This is the second time in the week the Minister was taken to hospital.
