This Cheese Chilli Garlic Bread is a guaranteed crowd-pleaser and this is how you make it at home.

Ingredients;

- Garlic Bread/ Soft Loaf - 1 Loaf
- Salted Butter - 1/4th Cup
- Garlic - 8 Cloves
- Chilli Flakes - 1 Tsp
- Oregano - 1 Tsp
- Mixed Herbs - 1/2 Tsp
- Cream Cheese - 1/2 Cup
- Mozzarella Cheese - 1 Cup
- Green Chillies - 3 nos
- Coriander Leaves - 2 Tbsps

Process;

1 Start by slicing the loaf of bread in thick rounds. To prepare the garlic butter - mix together softened butter, grated garlic, mixed herbs, chilli flakes & oregano

2 Apply a thin layer of the garlic butter on both sides of the sliced bread Toast the bread on both sides on a non stick pan & apply a thin layer of softened cream cheese, some grated mozzarella cheese & finely chopped green chillies on one side of the bread.

3 Sprinkle a splash of water & cover the pan - reduce the heat to medium low. This process will help the cheese to melt evenly at the same time toast the bread really well.

4 Once the cheese has melted, take it off the heat - Serve, Sprinkle with some coriander leaves & Enjoy.
