Ingredients which you'll need
1 cup of whole flour
1 tsp of salt
1 tsp of garlic powder
1 tsp of oregano
1 tsp chilli flakes
¼ tsp baking soda
5 gm butter
½ cup water
Let's make it!
Take a bowl and sieve flour and add in salt and mix garlic powder to it. Mix them well.
Next, add in chilli flakes, baking powder and soda. Give it a gentle mix.
Add in water gradually to make a dough. Let the dough rise for 10 minutes.
By using butter, shape the dough into a semi circle and create cuts on the dough using a pizza blade.
Melt the butter and add in oregano to it. Brush the garlic bread with it.
Bake the bread in a preheated oven at 150 degrees Celsius for about 10 minutes.
