Intermittent fasting is considered the fastest weight loss diet. But, is it?
First of all, before signing into any kind of diet or exercise, consulting experts and doctors are priorities. Secondly, Every human body is different. We can not rely on other people's experiences and be sure of the results. The result of any diet or exercise will always be different for 2 different people.
Intermittent Fasting is a tricky thing. Some might feel energetic and some might be tired in the end. But, what matters is the goal of our diet and exercise is to cultivate a healthy body and a peaceful mind. If any kind of dieting, Keto, Intermittent Fasting, etc, doesn't make us feel peaceful and energetic in the end of the day, we should totally drop it.
After all, A balanced diet is always a healthy diet.
