Intermittent fasting - two weeks two studies totally of different nature .
So is intermittent fasting good or bad.
One study last week said it lowers risks of even Alzheimer’s, another study this week says it increases the risks of heart attacks .
Which one do we believe .
In my opinion moderation is the key. Don’t stretch the hours of fasting too long and respect your body when you break the fast.
Eat healthy and eat in moderation.
