Health and fitness are the two most important aspects of our lives. They help us to live longer, healthier lives as they also keep us looking younger.
So here I come my friends, in this article and my other article I am going to share with you how to get started with your fitness routine. What asana you should be doing or not doing related to your health?
Physical Activity :
Physical activity is a crucial part of health and fitness. It is important to get your body moving for at least 30 minutes every day, but remember you don't have to do it all at once! You can break up your daily physical activity into smaller chunks if that's more convenient for you. For example, try walking or jogging for 15 minutes in the morning before work if that's not happening you can try doing it in the evenings.
Physical activity comes in many forms running, swimming, dancing, yoga it could be anything that interests you.
Yoga works for me well. And when someday I don't want to do yoga I go for a brisk walk or start with Zumba. Research shows that these forms of exercise provide similar benefits; however, there may be some slight differences between each type depending on how often they are performed.
