Few things to remember while having coffee with PCOS;
- Never have it on an empty stomach or along with meals.
- Limit your coffee intake to 300 mg (approx 2 tea cups) per day.
- Avoid caffeine intake 6-8 hours before bedtime for a good night's rest.
