Yes Definitely you can enjoy your Cup of Coffee if you have PCOS . Many studies have suggested and shown that moderate consumption of both caffeinated and decaffeinated coffee may lower risk of type 2 diabetes and insulin resistance in young and middle-aged women . who are having PCOS .
As the phenolic compounds , antioxidants , and lignans present in coffee may improve glucose metabolism and insulin sensitivity . Coffee being also rich in magnesium , is also associated with a lower risk of type 2 diabetes .

💢But few following things you need to keep in mind while consuming ;
1 Go for either Black coffee or use Vegan milk for your coffee .
2 Make sure that you don’t drink coffee empty stomach always have after 15min of your Breakfast or Mid-snack meals .
3 Moderation is always a key to keep your intake in check - so don’t exceed more than 2 cups a day .
4 Cut down on adding sugar in your coffee or you can use any sugar alternatives and can be taken 1/2 tsp only .
PCOS will not stop you from having coffee ! So enjoy it ☕️
