5 The miracle mixture is great for Thyroid. My miracle mixture contains Amla, Pippali, Bidanga, Brahmi, Moringa, Vibhitaki, Punarnava, Kanchnar, Maricha, Bhringraj, Yastimadhu, Haridra, Neem & Haritaki. These herbs helps me improve maintain my weight, digestion, hair & bone health along with talking care of my periods, sleep and hormones. Dose: 1 tsp miracle mixture with warm water on an empty stomach or at bedtime.
Why do I soak nuts?
Nuts are heavy to digest as they contain a good amount of healthy fat, protein & fibre and also are hot in potency. So whenever you eat them, make sure you soak them for 6-8 hours. Soaking reduces its heat, removes phytic acid/tannins which makes it easy for us to absorb nutrition from them. If you forget soaking them, then just dry roast them and then consume. Its much beneficial then eating them raw.
Can we soak all nuts in the same bowl?
Yes, all nuts can be soaked together, no issues. I choose to soak them separately as I soak them for everyone in the family and everyone eats diff nuts.
