FACT - There's no evidence to support this however regular Vitamin C consumption can reduce the severity & duration when a cold strikes.
2 MYTH - Warm water with lemon gives very good Vitamin C
FACT - Vitamin C is a temperature sensitive vitamin. This means heating, cooking or bruising can destroy or degrade the vitamin C benefits.
3 MYTH - Oranges are the best source of Vitamin C
FACT - Oranges contain low levels of Vitamin C compared to other fruits & veggies. Capsicum has triple the amount of Vitamin C compared to an Orange.
