Tuchel concedes defeat in Bundesliga title race

Thomas Tuchel has conceded that the Bundesliga title race is over after his Bayern Munich side lost to Borussia Dortmund at home. "Obviously, we are out the title race now. There is no more need to count points. How many is it now? Congratulations to Leverkusen", he said.

Leverkusen are now 13 clear of Bayern at the top of the Bundesliga with 21 points left to play for.

Xabi Alonso's side came back from behind yet again, scoring in the 88th and 91st minute to win 2-1 against Hoffenheim. And now with Tuchel admitting defeat, they might as well be crowned champions, breaking Bayern's 11 year streak.
