Protein Pancakes🥞

This protein pancakes bowl was so delicious and filling! I made some mini protein pancakes using the @myvegan salted caramel soy protein isolate which is my favourite flavour🥰😍

I added some @alpro natural soy yogurt to the bowl, added the pancakes and topped it with cinnamon stewed apples, frozen mixed berries and a little more cinnamon!😉

This was so good, I wish I could eat a second bowl right now! 😌
