1 I try to avoid heat styling tools as much as possible ad those can damage hair in the long run. If it's not possible for you to avoid heat tools, don't forget to apply heat protection first. I try to do heatless hairstyle methods as much as possible.

2 I have completely stopped using plastic combs and switched to wooden combs as plastic combs are not gentle on hair, cause frizz and split ends.

3 I drink water infused with curry leaves throughout the day and I incorporate this habit alteast 5 days in a week. Curry leaves contain Vitamin C, Vitamin B, proteins, and antioxidants, all of which contribute to cellular regeneration and promote healthy circulation to the blood vessels in the scalp and promote hair growth.

4 I always use a conditioner after hair wash. Conditioner provides the necessary moisture to the hair that is much needed after the shampoo. Conditioner helps in detangling, smoothening of hair that helps to reduce breakage and split ends.

5 Use a soft cotton Tshirt instead of a towel. Cotton tshirts are soft and don't cause hair breakage while cotton towel can be rough on hair and pull the hair strands causing breakage.

6 Always use a serum on damp hair. Hair serum plays a significant role in the protection and nourishment of the hair. Hair serum performs best when applied on damp hair.

7 Opt for loose comfortable hairstyles instead of tight ones. Tight hairstyles can pull your hair causing breakage so always opt for loose comfortable hairstyles like loose bun or braid.
