Upcoming post-apocalyptic open world survival MMO ‘The Day Before’ has released its gameplay trailer. The 10 minute gameplay trailer seems fine though also a bit underwhelming as little actually happens.
Graphically, the game definitely looks great particularly in terms of environment, though the trailer is completely lacklustre in terms of content with the majority of it consisting of light exploration, running and crafting a great deal from weapons to other items.
Some zombies are seen and shot, but overall just by this look alone, the game feels underwhelming (it is too early too say what the game will turn out to be).
Whether this is the demo version or just the version that requires more finishing touches, The Day Before just looks a bit boring and generic.
The Day Before was originally scheduled to be released in June 2022, but was delayed until March 1, 2023, and is now scheduled to drop on Nov. 10. There's been so many delays that some fans even accused it to be a scam, doubting that a game was even in development.
The developer Fntastic pushed back the claims, stating that "the storm will calm down eventually, and time will put everything in its place. When the game comes out, people will finally see the truth."
