➡️ If you're not actively incorporating progressive overload into your workouts,
What exactly are you doing?
Your workouts can be excellent, but if you are not gradually increasing your effort.
In the long run, you will not see results.
Your body will only become stronger if you give it a cause to.
However, if you continue to perform the same thing, your body will have little motivation to adjust.
So, the next time you work out, attempt to do more than you did before.
More weight, more reps, more sets, improved technique, or a greater r.o.m.
It makes no difference.
What matters is that you improve. 💯
