Tata Motors introduces the Acti.EV architecture, set to debut on the Punch EV, signaling a comprehensive lineup of Tata electric vehicles (EVs) and SUVs. This platform, designed for versatility, will underpin a variety of models including the Curvv EV, Sierra EV, and Harrier EV. Tata's Acti.EV accommodates different battery pack types, offering a range between 300-600 kilometers and adaptable charging options. It supports various drive configurations and motors, projecting power outputs from 80hp to 230hp.

The architecture prioritizes safety, aiming for a 5-star crash test rating, with a battery protection structure. Notable features include V2V and V2L charging capabilities, a flat floor for efficient space usage, and 5G-enabled systems supporting over-the-air updates and cloud computing. The Acti.EV demonstrates Tata's commitment to expanding its EV portfolio, aiming for a total of 10 EVs in the near future.
