1 Avoidance Behaviour - Finding yourself avoiding certain situations or activities due to fear or anxiety.

2 Physical Symptoms - Anxiety can cause physical discomfort such as increased heart rate, sweating, shaking, & feeling tense or on edge.

3 Excessive Worrying - Fretting excessively about things that are unlikely to happen, or are out of your control.

4 Sleep Disturbances - Anxiety can interfere with your ability to sleep, causing difficulty falling asleep, staying asleep, or waking up too early.

5 Panic Attacks - Experiencing sudden episodes of intense fear or panic, along with chest pain, shortness of breath, or dizziness often.

Experiencing some of these symptoms occasionally does not necessarily mean that you have an anxiety disorder.
