The signs are ;

- Changes in Sleep Patterns
- ⁠Poor Appetite
- ⁠Having little interest or pleasure in doing things
- ⁠Thoughts of self harm
- ⁠Fatigue or loss of energy
- ⁠Difficulty concentrating, remembering or making decisions
- Restlessness or irritability
- ⁠A persistent sad, hopeless, anxious or empty mood.
