1. Front Raises - 4x12 - slow pace & lighter weight!
2. Upright Rows - 4x12 - less movement with your knees is key.. don't bounce
3. Over Head Front Raises - 3x15 - super light weight here (second front felt movement)
4. Rear Delt Fly's - 4x10 - I used 10lbs here (great weight for myself)
5. Lat Raises - 5x12 - spam them!
6. DB Rear Delt Fly's - 4x10
