Ramadan special chicken chowmein♥️
That's how I make restaurant like chowmein at home!

Ingredients:
• Chicken 300g julian cut
(Marinate with 2 tbsp soy sauce, 2 top corn flour, 1/8th tsp baking soda, salt & white pepper)
•Spaghetti 1/2 packet
• Vegetables: 2 medium Onions, 1 carrot, 1/2 cup cabbage, 1 capsicum, spring onions ( all julian cut)
• Garlic 5-6 cloves Chopped
• Oil 4-5 tbsp
• Sauce: 1/4th cup water+ 3tbsp soy sauce + 2 tosp dark soy sauce + 2 tbsp oyster sauce+ 1 chicken cube+ 1tbsp brown sugar & ketchup + 1tbsp lemon juice/vinger or 1 tsp lemon powder. Mix and set aside
Method:
1. Boil Spaghetti with 1 tbsp salt. Save 1/2 cup starch water before straining. Wash Spaghetti with cold water & set aside.
2. Heat oil in a wok. Fry garlic until aromatic. Add chicken & let it cook until golden & tender.
3. Now add onions & fry for a minute on high flame.
Add carrots & cabbage along with half prepared sauce. Stir fry on high flame for a minute.
4. Add capsicum & boiled spaghetti along with remaining sauce & reserved pasta water. Let it cook on high flame for 2 minutes. Add spring onions in the end and mix.
