The New Year is synonymous with little other than the feeling of a ‘fresh start’, of excitedly enumerating resolutions, and then attempting to keep up with them.

But each fresh start is also necessarily synonymous with shedding the old, of changing the existing order.

So, at the turn of this New Year, I ask you, what’s that one thing you’d like to leave behind in 2022? Is there an old habit you’d like to change, or a friendship that no longer serves you, or a job that no longer inspires you?
