1 Scalp brushing and detangling .
2 Hair oiling.
3 Scalp massage for at least 5 mins.
4 Heat cap for 15-20 mins.
5 Shampoo only the roots.
6 Hair Mask instead of conditioner.
7 Squish to condish method.
8 Wrap hair in Microfibre towel.
9 Apply leave in conditioner.
10 Seal all the hydration with a lightweight oil.
Some Tips ;
1 I don't recommend people to use particular hair products or my routine because it really depends on your hair porosity and hair concerns.
2 There are MANY factors that play in hair loss so you should first and foremost consult a doctor, get blood work done to find out the root cause in case there's any issue. However if the doctors don't find any health issues the main causes of hair loss is STRESS (most common), poor diet, hormone imbalance or using wrong products.
- Reduce stress by doing activities that keep you calm. My fav activities are going for walks and reading a book that allows me to escape.
- Eat nutrient rich foods. I make sure to consume eggs for biotin, walnut and other nuts for fatty acids and omegas, berries for vitamins.. in my daily diet.
- Hormone imbalance can be caused by variety of factors. Few being stress, PCOS etc... consult with a doctor to know what's causing it and again.. reduce your stress levels.
- Using wrong products for your hair type can also cause breakage and even hair loss.
