Summers are here so I'm Summing down what your hair needs ;
1 Use shampoo on SCALP only & let it wash down ! Oily scalp - Do not shy away from frequent shampoo . Do not skip conditioner ! Deep conditioner once a week .
2 Bunch of hair comes with your elastic band ? Use a scrunchies ! Either silk or satin scrunchies .
3 Keep changing partition with protective hairstyles .
4 A hair serum on damp hair post shower . Use a good strengthening serum (mid to end) for frizz free hair .
5 Then a good quality detangler , soft brush or wooden comb (neem or rosewood) .
6 Head Massage with any ayurvedic oil once or twice a week Hair masking once a week .
7 For Stress Management do yoga . Adho Mukha Svanasana - Hold it for 30-45 seconds and Balavam - Do it collectively 10-15 minutes a day !
8 Your hair are , what you eat ! Amla , Raisins are good . Get yourself tested Vitamin B12 , D3 , TSH Serum ferritin & eat these Curd and Green veggies .
9 Use Silk pillow / hair wrap / scarf while sleeping . (less friction, reduce hair breakage) !
10 DO NOT go to bed with WET HAIR ! Never !
