Most of us have no time in the morning to eat let alone eat healthy. But these 5 mistakes are easily solved if you put in some effort daily to plan your meals;
1 Try making a combination of carbs + healthy fats + Protien - paneer paratha with curd / egg bhurji with veggies and toast / yoghurt with seeds nuts and fruits / oatmeal with seeds / egg avocado with blueberries.
2 Sending your kids to school with just a glass of canned orange juice or making veggie juice at home but straining out all the fibre ? All that remains is sugar. AVOID THIS - Rather include veggies in meals like hummus with carrots or apple with peanut butter.
3 Pre plan all your meals on Sundays to avoid confusion and hassle. Prepping up your pantry well in advance saves time energy and prevents impulsive eating junk food.
4 Don't forget to hydrate. Drink 2 glasses of water before sipping your tea or coffee.
