I honestly couldn't think of a better name, they look like cute idlis only tbh! This only requires a handful of ingredients & comes together in about 7 minutes. Let's make this.
Ingredients;
- 3 eggs
- 1 onion, finely chopped
- 1 tomato, finely chopped
- 1 green chilli, finely chopped
- Salt to taste
- 1 tsp red chilli powder
- 1/4 cup cheese, grated
Steps to follow;
1 Oil your katoris & break in an egg in it. Top it up with the onion, tomato, green chilli, salt, red chilli powder & cheese.
2 Add it gently to a pan with water & cover with a lid or steam in a steamer for 5 minutes for a runny yolk and 8 mins for a well cooked egg.
3 Serve hot & dig in.!
