The World Cup winner scored his 99th and 100th Ligue 1 goals for Paris against Monaco, becoming the third player to reach a century with the capital outfit after Edinson Cavani (138) and Zlatan Ibrahimović (113).
The Paris forward also set a record as the youngest player to register 100 top-flight goals for the same team (aged 22 years and 357 days) since Opta began recording that statistic (1950/51).
Having now struck a total of 145 goals for Paris, the No7 can likewise pride himself on drawing closer to the records held by Paris's two most prolific players of all time (156 goals for Ibrahimović, 200 for Cavani). Thanks to his latest double, the Île-de-France native has also managed ten goals in ten games against Monaco – the club where he first turned professional.
