Kerala has 20 Lok Sabha constituencies - Kasargod, Kannur, Vadakara, Wayanad, Kozhikode, Malapuram, Ponnani, Palakkad, Alathur, Thrissur, Chalakkudy, Ernakulam, Idukki, Kottayam, Alappuzha, Mavelikkara, Pathanamthitta, Kollam, Attingal, and Thiruvananthapuram.
In the 2019 Indian general election in Kerala held on 23 April 2019, the Indian National Congress-led United Progressive Alliance swept 19 out of 20 seats in the state. Bharatiya Janata Party-led National Democratic Alliance which formed the government at center couldn't win any seats but gathered around 15% vote share. The ruling Left Democratic Front was decimated in the elections with just one seat.
Voting for the 2024 Lok Sabha elections in Kerala will be conducted on April 26 across all 20 parliamentary constituencies. The counting will take place on June 4.
Who will dominate this election, will it be the grand old Congress or BJP will make its way to Kerala.
