Hidden Veggie Sauce Pasta🍜🤤
Hidden veggie sauce pasta is like a sneaky way to make pasta healthier. Instead of just regular sauce, you mix in veggies like capsicum, baby corns, or bell peppers.😍 It's a yummy trick to get more vitamins and colors into your pasta without changing the classic taste.😋
Ingredients:
3 medium tomatoes
2 onion
1 red capsicum
4-5 babycorns
1/2 small brinjal (eggplant)
1/2 zucchini
1 cup mushrooms
6-7 cloves garlic
1-2 tablespoons olive oil
Salt to taste
Basil leaves for garnish
250g spaghetti
Instructions:
1. Roughly chop the vegetables, Mix them with salt and 1 tablespoon of olive oil. Roast the vegetables in an air fryer at 375°F (190°C) for 10-15 minutes, tossing midway until they are soft and charred.
2. Once the veggies are roasted, grind them into a smooth sauce using a blender.
3. Oil spaghetti according to package instructions until al dente. In a pan, add little olive oil. Pour in the vegetable sauce and let it simmer for a few minutes. Add the boiled spaghetti, tossing until well coated in the sauce.
