Early morning routine is the most important part while travelling, if you are wanting to treat your body right. Since you're eating outside food, getting less sleep, consuming more alcohol or sugary drinks, this becomes all the more important. Here's what I had;
1 Fenugreek seeds - They help in regulating blood sugar levels, relieving acidity and improving digestion.
2 Amla juice - It help with bowel moments & to avoid constipation which can particularly be a huge problem while travelling & eating so much of the outside food.
3 Soaked nuts - They are super energising, help to boost hormone health & to avoid a blood sugar spike.
