Ex Chelsea boss in the running for Spurs job?
Every single day, it seems like Tottenham Hotspur's task of appointing a new manager gets more and more difficult. Yesterday it was Feyenoord's Arne Slot who pulled out but there seems to be a new name on the list, Graham Potter. Potter was appointed the Chelsea manager earlier this season after a few years of great work at Brighton, but it did not work out at all at the Stamford Bridge. He was sacked before the end of the season.
However that being said this could be a very good signing. There were too many factors at Chelsea hindering progress and Potter wasn't allowed enough time. He's still a really good young manager. Chelsea look set to appoint former Spurs manager Mauricio Pochettino and the Lilywhites could do the opposite. Potter was linked to Nice in France but that is yet to have materialised.
