England vs Belgium: Preview and Starting XIs

A much beleaguered England side take on Belgium today in their second friendly of the international break. Harry Kane, Kyle Walker, Jordan Henderson and Harry Maguire have all been unavailable due to injury. This means that Declan Rice will captain a young side in what will be his 50th cap. Belgium meanwhile are still finding their feet under Domenico Tedesco as they look to transition away from the Golden Generation.
