China retail tycoon introduced "#unhappyleave" days for employees in order to ensure a better work-life balance.

Founder and chairman of Pang Dong Lai- Yu Donglai- announced that employees can request for 10 days of additional leave.

I think, today mental health should be given equal priority as physical ones and if not working in a right state if mind, the motivation to do work will be negligible hence harmful for the company.👍
