🌟 Oat base of the day:

-plain oats
-cinnamon, ginger and nutmeg
-a pinch of salt
-mashed banana
-50/50 mix of water and milk

🌟toppings of the day:
-banana coins
-raspberries
-desiccated coconut
-toasted pistachios
-maple syrup

once again i decided to toast my toppings and MY GOD it really does make a difference! I will only be eating fresh, warm and roasty-toasty nuts from here on out
