Important to correct and train senior citizens walking posture and walking habits by constant training to walk using shoulders and hands in the front of the body

Humans must walk with shoulders slightly curved to front with hands infront of the body. This original ancestral curvature body posture helps in landing on ground when happened to fall

In 21st Century where ground living or ground sitting habits are lost post table chair and sofa sitting culture as well as with corporate personality and body posture training, every educated urban working citizen have changed their walking posture "walking like a robot without any natural balancing posture life long". This is part of corporate culture training and school training

Today every urban hospital is experiencing 90% senior citizens getting admitted with head injury. They become helpless when happened to fall on ground, they lack the body adaptability to land on ground using hands (devolution).

All apes and super apes never have head injury including rural folks especially farm labours, urban labours, and soldiers who relatively have less fall related head injuries* than well educated urban working citizens.

Every urban hospital record reveals the fact that fall related head injuries in  educated urban senior citizens are more, just because of so called corporate life style with forgotten ground living habits. Hence 90% senior citizens have fall with head injuries with or without haemorrhage and stroke. 

Walking must be with shoulders and hands in front of the body. Our ancestors who were semi arboreal and ground living who had ergonically right walking style as a result they never fall back or fall on sides to have head injury. It is also more important in patients who has instability in walking.
