1 Opt for a single fruit - Our body needs a different kind of enzymes and chemicals to digest each fruit. Therefore, you should eat only one fruit at a specific time.
2 Eat your fruits as your midday meal, Pre workout or Post workout- Don't eat fruits with your meals. Fruits have to stay in the stomach for as long as the heaviest food takes to digest, making it difficult for the body to absorb nutrients.
3 Don't put salt - Sprinkling salt or masala on fruits may instantly make them more snack-like but this will drain out the essential vitamins and minerals from the fruit into the plate.
4 Eat your fruit, Don't Drink it!- The presence of dietary fibre and other nutrients in the fruit's skin and pulp makes it a healthier option than juice.
5 Don't wash your fruits after cutting- We should not wash the fruits after cutting, because the minerals and protein in the fruits will also be washed away.
