1 Adho Mukha Savasana or Downward-Facing Dog Pose;
- Begin on your hands and knees, with your wrists directly under your shoulders and your knees directly under your hips.
- Spread your fingers wide and press your palms into the mat. straighten your legs and press your heels towards the floor.
- Keep your arms straight and your head and neck relaxed, with your gaze towards your feet. Lengthen your spine and lift your hips up and back, coming into an inverted V-shape.
- Hold the pose for several breaths, then release by lowering your knees to the mat. You can repeat this pose several times, taking breaks as needed.
2 Ustrasana;
- Begin on your knees, with your hips stacked over your knees and your feet. Place your hands on your lower back, with your fingers pointing downwards and your elbows close to your sides.
- Inhale and lengthen your spine, reaching the crown of your head towards the ceiling. Exhale and begin to arch your back, bringing your hands down towards your heels.
- If it feels comfortable, you can reach one hand at a time to grasp your heel, or you can keep your hands on your lower back for support. Hold the pose for several breaths, focusing on opening your chest and expanding your breath.
- To release, bring your hands back to your lower back and slowly lift yourself back up to a kneeling position.
3 Balayam;
- Sit in a comfortable cross-legged position with your spine straight. Bring your hands in front of your chest, with your palms facing downwards.
- Curl your fingers inwards so that your nails are touching your palms. Rub your fingernails together vigorously for 5-10 minutes, focusing on the sensation and the sound of the nails rubbing against each other.
