The 2019 General Elections was first national elections of Telangana after it was recognised as a separate state.
The total population in the state is 3,50,03,674.
Telangana voted in the first phase of the 2019 national elections on April 11.
The fight was between the ruling TRS, Congress and the BJP in the southern state's 17 seats.
Out of the 17 constituencies, three are reserved for Scheduled Castes (SC) and two for Scheduled Tribes (ST). A total of 34,603 polling stations have been set up across the state.
The 17 constituencies in Telangana are Adilabad, Bhuvanagiri, Chevella, Hyderabad, Karimnagar, Khammam, Mahabubabad, Mahabubnagar, Malkajgiri, Medak, Nagarkurnool, Nalgonda, Nizamabad, Peddapalle, Secunderabad, Warangal and Zahirabad.
The upcoming election will for the state's 17 seats will be contested in a single phase on May 13.
