- Bring her snacks and drinks during a feed
- Sit with her and keep her company
- Take baby inbetween feeds so mum can rest
- Pickup some household chores

Breastfeeding is basically a full time job but there are ways that you can support a breastfeeding mum. Sometimes it's as simple as a snack or cup of tea. Maybe it is taking baby after a feed so she can sleep or shower. Sometimes it is doing a laundry load or walking the dog. Breastfeeding can also be quite lonely for some people so sitting and chatting or watching tf together during a feed can make a big difference. Breastfeeding takes up a lot of your time, especially as you are establishing, so ask for help and support!
