👉Beat cold heavy whipping cream in a deep mixing bowl until soft peaks form.
👉In a bowl, whisk mascarpone cheese and sugar together till it is well blended.
👉Add coffee granules to warm water and mix well.
👉Dip the ladyfingers in the coffee(or you can use Graham Crackers as a substitute) and lay them in a single layer in a glass bowl till the bottom is completely covered. (Note: Dip one ladyfinger at a time – do not soak them.
👉Spread mascarpone cheese mixture over the ladyfingers gently using a spatula till the ladyfingers are evenly covered.
👉 Follow it with a layer of coffee-dipped ladyfingers.
👉Spread a spoonful of cool whip or whipped cream over the ladyfingers gently and evenly using a spatula.
👉Sprinkle cocoa powder over the cake evenly and garnish with shaved chocolate or chocolate morsels.
👉Repeat the process for the remaining 3 bowls.
👉Refrigerate the Tiramisu for 4-6 hours, until set.
