BLENDED RAFFAELLO OVERNIGHT OATS😍🤤
Just writing this text makes me crave the overnight oats again...they're that delicious! If you're a fan of Raffaello or coconut, you have to try this, I promise that you'll regret it if you don't.
This recipe is perfect for summer or really all of the seasons. So please excuse me, I have to go and prepare blended Raffaello overnight oats for tomorrow's breakfast😍😋
INGREDIENTS:
50g oats
1tsp chia seeds
1tbsp shredded coconut
a pinch of salt & vanilla
100g coconut yogurt
1tsp maple sirup
120ml plant milk
25g white chocolate
1tbsp coconut yogurt
1tsp white almond butter
Method:
Add all of the ingredients to a food processor and then blend until somewhat smooth. Then transfer the mixture to a small bowl or glass jar and let it sit in the fridge overnight. The next morning, prepare the cream. Start with melting the white chocolate in the microwave, then mix in the yogurt and white almond butter. Spoon this mixture on top of your overnight oats, decorate everything with a real Raffaello and enjoy!🤗🥰
