What does being "burn out" mean?
It is an extremely fatigued state of mind and body combined. It is often caused by a combination of physical, emotional and psychological stress, for a prolonged period. This is how it looks like;
1 Constant cribbing about everything around you.
2 Chronic headaches, foot ache and back aches.
3 Losing concentration span and unable to complete any task at work.
4 Lack of motivation to start anything new at all.
5 Easily crying over little things or getting irritated.
6 Feeling dehydrated, weak and nauseous all the time.
