The Federation Cup Senior Wrestling Competition is being played at the Indoor Stadium located on the BHU campus.  In this, about 132 women wrestlers are trying their luck in ten weight categories.  The competition was inaugurated by program coordinator Rajiv Singh Ranu and Dronacharya awardees Mahavir Prasad and Mahasingh Rao by shaking hands with the players. ODelhi's wrestler Neha won the first match of the qualifying round by defeating Gujarat's Tejal Ben.  Players from different states of the country are participating in the competition.
