Do you know that 4 pm tea time is when most of us eat junk food, which messes up our diet and you know guilt trip is one trip we all don't wish to go. So this snack time hack saves me a lot of hungry pangs & hangry mood. This recipes is the FASTEST, MOST PRACTICAL & EASIEST. Here is how I prepare;
1 Take a pan, add oil (olive oil is better). Add a pinch or two of turmeric powder & add the Rice puffs /makhana.
2 Add salt to taste. I have also added roasted peanuts and chana with sev. Then once they turn crispy, turn off the heat & let it cool.
3 Store in an air tight container. Now you can be creative and add peri peri masala, pudina masala, chaat masala etc to this but like I said, I want this to be EASY & FAST. so For Roasted chana and Raisins it's pretty much just mix both and store- Gives Iron and a lot of fibre with energy so keeps the blood sugar stable till your dinner time.
