Hey there...
You know sometimes just doing everyday tasks can also be quite overwhelming like getting out of bed, going to college, working, etc. People use different methods to get over that feeling for example clubbing, writing, singing and many other stuff. For me its sitting in a open field or just doing absolutely nothing for a while you know a change of pace or maybe just doing something that may cause me trouble just to feel little more alive to feel like I'm living the life not surviving.
So sometimes it good to stop and look around and back to see how far you have come from the point you started.
