TAHINI GRANOLA (aka my new favourite granola recipe)😋
This granola is my new obsession and the love of my life. Really, I'm not kidding. It's simply amazing!🥰 Normally I'm not the biggest tahini-fan myself, as it's often too bitter for my taste, but the maple syrup balances that out super nicely and takes the overwhelming bitterness away, leaving a sweet and enjoyable sesame flavor.😍 If you have tahini at home go make this and if you don't, go to store and buy some! Trust me, you're missing out <3
INGREDIENTS:
160g oats
120g nuts (walnuts, almonds, cashews,...)
40g sesame seeds
1/2tsp salt
1tsp cinnamon
1/4tsp bourbon vanilla
120ml maple sirup
tahin
90g tahini
50g chocolate chips
Method:
Preheat your oven to 170*degrees celsius and then add all the dry ingredients to a food processor. So the oats, seeds, nuts, salt and cinnamon. Pulse a few times until everything is roughly chopped up. Remove the blade from the food processor or transfer everything to a big bowl, then add the maple syrup and tahini and mix everything together. Transfer the mixture to a baking tray, spread it out and press it down a little. Let it bake for around 20 minutes, but keep an eye on it to make sure that it doesn't burn! Once it's done, let it cool off before adding the chocolate and breaking it into smaller pieces with your hands.
Enjoy it with milk or yoghurt whenever you want!😌🤤
